1. Nature of the Service
Lancaster Residents Directory is an independently operated reference service. It points to public indexes, official portals, and historical collections concerning Lancaster, Ohio. It does not host government records and is not connected with a public office, court, or custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
